The Brief:

FenixCommerce is a SaaS platform helping DTC brands and retailers grow faster by offering AI-powered delivery date accuracy and shipping optimization. When Lee came on board, the founder was still personally managing most sales with minimal support. To scale effectively, the company needed leadership to build a sales team, implement a CRM system, close enterprise deals, develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, and refine all go-to-market messaging. Lee was brought in to drive this growth and lay the foundation for a more scalable commercial operation.

Over the course of five months, Lee played a pivotal role in transitioning FenixCommerce from founder-led sales to a scalable, growth-ready organization. She built and managed the sales team, formalized performance metrics, refined go-to-market messaging, and implemented key systems across sales, marketing, and brand—laying the operational and strategic foundation for the company’s next stage of growth.
